After giving birth more than once, the famous and beautiful Kourtney Kardashian adhered to a strict regimen to maintain her physique and stamina. Extra weight and a little self-indulgence is expected during pregnancy, but after the bundle of joy arrives, it’s time to get back on the treadmill.
