Rihanna’s Rousing Fitness Routine

A grueling schedule and hectic celebrity lifestyle isn’t enough to keep gorgeous Rihanna in shape. She takes her career, look, and health very seriously, and to do that, she’s incorporated the help of a trainer, Jamie Granger. She needs that professional edge to manage her singing and now acting stint on A&E’s hit, Bates Motel.  Check out Rihanna’s fitness routine:

 

WORKOUT

Rihanna’s workouts are almost daily, and involves multiple routines to burn calories quick.

    • Planks.

    • Sit-ups.

    • Boxing.

To avoid boredom, she also uses paddling, hiking, and cycling, along with squats, lunges, and plyometrics.

She is so into her routines, Puma has made her their global brand ambassador for women’s training.

Given her frighteningly busy routine, the short workout schedules of 20-25 minutes are perfect for her, though she’s been known to spend hour-long sessions in the gym.

Energy and balance are key.

A well-balanced diet and careful calorie-counting is what works best for Rihanna in the food department. But apparently she will never give up her favorite foods like Cheetos and Oreos, plus pasta and fast food, even though she may have to work that much harder to burn off their calories.
